How does the 2-in-1 Duvet work?

The soft outer fabric and the filling are made as a single piece, so there's no separate duvet cover. When it's time to clean it, just put the whole duvet in the washing machine.

Can I wash it at home?

Yes. Machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry on low or line dry. Larger sizes (Queen and King) fit most standard home machines of 8 kg or more.

Which size should I choose?

Every size is listed in centimetres and inches. As a guide: Single for single beds, Double for double beds, Queen (200×200 cm) for queen beds and King (230×230 cm) if you like extra overhang or share a large bed.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes about 7–12 business days to the US and Canada, 6–10 to the UK and Europe, 8–14 to Australia and New Zealand, and 10–18 elsewhere. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

What if it's not right for me?

You have a 30-night sleep trial. Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return or exchange. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Do you charge customs or import duties?

Depending on your country, local customs may charge import duties or taxes. Where these aren't collected at checkout, they're paid by the customer.
